This is the voice of famous Russian TV -host of the latest Soviet era (60 - 80) Igor Kirillov. this is the rutine beginning of all the official messages from Soviet Government, dedicated to any official holiday(Victory Day, may 9 ; Workers' Day,may1; Revolution's Day, nov.7 +New Year) or national lament within someone famous'death. He says:: "attention! this is the live broadcasting from Moscow! all the Central radio and TV channels are on!"
